Insurances We Accept

We accept all major medical insurances, including NJ auto accident and NJ workers' compensation.

Below is a partial list of Insurance Companies we accept, we are constantly adding new insurances. Please call our office at 862-250-6697 to verify insurance eligibility. We handle all insurance verification. Each Holsman location is independently operated, ONLY the Holsman Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, PC (NJ) and Home Therapy PT Physical and Occupational Therapy, LLC (NY) are in-network with most insurance. All other locations are Out-of-Network but will bill the insurance in your behalf. In most instances, you DON’T need a referral from your Physician to start therapy. We will get in touch with your physician to coordinate your plan of care.
